AFJROTC Enrollment Process for County School Students

The Delaware City School District has an enrollment process for out-of-district students who attend the Hayes High School AFJROTC program. Out-of-district parents are asked to access the enrollment link and provide the applicable information, including Emergency Medical Authorization, Parent Signature Page, and Custody Paperwork (if applicable) through our e-Collect forms service.  This process allows Delaware City Schools access to parent information in the event of an emergency. Students cannot start the program until they have submitted all forms.
